The Welfare State Destroys Families

I was once married into the Welfare State. My wife at the time had multiple medical issues that we would never have been able to afford without state assistance. It did not take me long to realize that the inflated medical costs seem to help feed the Welfare State.

By that I mean, without insurance of some kind the average person would go bankrupt trying to get healthy should something go wrong.

Will the State is happy to provide assistance as long as you are not married. In fact the case workers tell people to get a divorce and just live together. It is much easier for a single mom to find government subsidies for housing then a family that is still intact. As a result you have a basic breakdown in morality in the lower income classes.

With a lack of education and limited skills, the lower working class are feeling trapped into playing the government’s game. Many of us get tricked into letting the government pay for our education only to realize that the degree did nothing to help improve our state of living, but now we are slaves to industry and will never see an end to the student debt in our life time.

So we go into adulthood already in debt and no prospects of employment in the field that we are trained in. This added financial stress does no good for relationships in the future. Yet we still tell our kids that they need to go to school. Like I told you before, Employers want you to be in debt because they think it means you will show up to work. The only freedom that we have in this world in what we create for ourselves. So be wise with your money.

Trust the government with nothing. Educate your kids yourself and barrow from no one and this country would be much better off.
